The magnetic pumps in this series benefit from a new radial flow structure developed by IWAKI Co (international patent), which in conjunction with the principle of “contactless” and axle holding at the front and The rear, improves the life of the pump.
These technical innovations make it possible to resist abnormal operations such as cavitation and closed valve operation at discharge. This other innovation, developed by IWAKI Co (international patent), is based on the division of the body (or volute) into 2 parts (a front body and a rear body) forming a conical tangential chamber which guides the fluid towards the orifice of Refoulement. This improves performance by minimizing leakage inside the volute. Furthermore, all stressed parts of the magnetic pump (front and rear bodies, for example) are reinforced by ribs in order to improve their resistance to pressure and their mechanical strength.

MDM Magnetic Pump – An Exclusive Mechanism for Preventing Dry Running
This magnetic pump is equipped with a device to avoid the effects of dry operation. The exceptional power of the magnets used (in rare earths) avoids contact of the magnetic capsule with the backstop and eliminates the risk of friction and heating due to melting of synthetic materials. This device achieves better resistance against dry running compared to traditional magnetic pumps.

Walchem’s WCU410 Copper Controller and WNI Nickel Controller are optoelectronic on-line analyzers that measure the actual concentration of copper or nickel in solution. They are used in a variety of applications including electroless plating baths and microetch baths (including oxide-replacement types).
Concentration Read in Units
- Selectable between grams per liter (g/L) or ounces per gallon (oz/gal).
- Backlit digital display also acts as a bar graph for a continuous “visual summary” of measurement versus set point.

Accurate reading of pH and temperature, and optionally, the conductivity PPM levels for the TDS or the salt concentration in the water for the salt systems. Different controllers are available to control the various chemical products; liquid chlorine, pellets or salt system. For the PH control output, you have the choice of the metering pump or CO2 valve.
