The Iwaki Air TCX Series
The TCX Series from Iwaki Air is a full range of double diaphragm compressed air pumps available in stainless steel, aluminum and synthetic materials such as polypropylene, PVDF, Teflon for example.
These pumps are designed and built using patented seamless and non-mechanical technology to provide years of leak-free operation. Patent pending for the new Looped C® air dispenser spring. All internal components are removable separately; drivers, bearings, spring … and this by the manufacturer itself, operation facilitated to the extent that the distributor and its internal components are accessible without disassembling the other parts of the pump.
Rigorous selection of high quality materials ensures exceptional resistance to chemicals. ATEX certification is available for some models. Pneumatic double diaphragm pumps offer many advantages in all areas of application and are often used in the manufacture, assembly of liquid feed machines, or daily liquid transfer tasks.
